Gas 1$?

I am trying to be nice guy...haaaaaaaaaaaaa No I am from Springfield area. Anette, is all I know about her and all she ever posted, as far as I can tell, but, I offended her by being FRANK, and she jumped me about hiding behind my Stage Name, which is Bill. Said she wanted to know more like my NAME!! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Duh! I do know she was in management which is enough for me. In my humbel opinion, there was NO, and I do repeat that, NO mananagement at Mid-States. The only management I ever had the pleasure of meeting was my immediate super and he held the Title of Lead Man. He had a habbit of hanging up on Management...haaaaaaaaaa Tom of Springfield...

I will give you a dollar to not tell me about any of the yes sir crowd. Far as I can tell, we drivers managed to make it as far as we did. This CJ guy, offends my wife, and she is about as tolerant as they come. A real lady. I would tell you my opinion, but as I said, I am being a nice guy, trying!

When I was in this company for a time, I often said, this ship has no captain. Well, as far as I can tell, we were boarded by pirates. haaaaaaaaaaaaa and I laugh to think those in suits thought they worked for a real company...lol

The only reason I hang around is I want to know, WHERE IS MY INSURANCE MONEY!! ?

Well, I was not sure about what she said? I know after I posted someting, she repied about coming on here, posting,,,,,I believe she said "####" using a fake name to hide behind and demanding, either I or someone to give their info out....I think she was directing this towards me. Either way, My name is Bill and her's is Anette...and that is all I know about her. ha!

Concerning management....I am saying there was none. Not when you have a "lead man" doing the job of a terminal manager better than most terminal managers...and not when you have a "district manager" asking you to call your wife to provide him and a temp manager with info about our missing insurance.... they should be supplying me with this. Management? Not when I have to make phone calls to get fuel paid for because not my manager, not the next manager could not get it paid for. Management? Did anybody ever give anyone an answer about how come our insurance was not being paid? I never did! Did anyone ever tell you why we were running China tires on our steers? I had to throw that in!! Sorry! All we had for management was yes people, and dispatchers. My Tractor was sent up for service 80,000 miles past the service date and I did not ever get it back. haaaaaaaaaa Management? Who did you go to when you had a question? I went from the man in front of me to the top and back again and never did get an answer. My wife phoned the main office with questons and all she got was HOT AIR, for excuses that quickly evaporated into thin air.....the bottom line is, was anything you was ever told by this so called management EVER answered and solved? haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Our phones, electricity, fuel, maintenance,,,,,,I remember after being there for only a little while, my boss telling me not to go into debt, they might shut the doors, and that was in 2001. Management? The only management I experienced was pay checks did come in on time, but they was lacking the insurance money which I never did receive insurance for???? WHERE IS MY INSURANCE MONEY?

Management concerning Mid-Sates was the Hartmanns. Anyone else was nothing more than a salary paid employee thinking they actually ran something.

Also, if you guys type anything in here about legal matters, even if you know the to be facts, express them as "opinions" and grapevine hearsay. Ive noticed that one of our fearless leaders was spouting off as if to get us to give him ammo for his court dealings. Also, my statement about the 'soup getting to a boil', there are people helping all of us in whats happened. With that said, dont stop contacting your local gov., it will give you info and also help them to see more of how broad this really is. Keep your heads up, we are the ones that got the "go around", now its time for the big "come around"!! M-states is about to re-write the laws, sshh, i dont think they know! God Bless.....3P.

I attended the insurance meeting here last night. They have a program here that you can get insurance for 500.00 a year..but that is only for wellness not major medical. The wellness covers pretty much anything you would get at a primary doctors office including medication from a local Spartan grocery store. Did I know about this program before? Never heard of it. So I am contacting everyone that worked here to see if they may need this program. If its available here in Michigan I would think that something like this may be available in other states also. If you would like the number to the local company here go thru the modirator and I can get you the number.

My comments were never directed at you....

My point was if someone was going to point finger and talk #### about someone in the former MSXN company then they should not hide behind a fake name. I have nothing to hide, I have done nothing wrong. Many of people w/ in MSXN knows who I am and the ones who know me for the last 81/2 years knows that I have protected the people in the Columbus Ohio terminal and I have never LIED to them. That is why most of the guys/gals working in Columbus never had MSXN insurance.

Was I part of Management... YES I was along with many others who believe the story that upper management told. Do I feel foolish .... Yes I do. Did I repeat the stories that upper management told me to my guys/gals .... Yes I did BUT I never believed it and neither did the guys/gals in Columbus. BUT we all had a job to do and as far as Columbus goes WE DID A DAMN GOOD JOB CLEAR UP TO THE LAST DAY and then some. Columbus went out w/ class. Everything intact for the ownership to take back as they see fit.

I have nothing bad to say about the management team at MSXN nor the drivers in any location. I think each one of them did a awesome job delivering Sally Beauty, JcPenney and McKesson and whatever account I may have been working on and for that I owe a GREAT BIG THANKS to the drivers who did because they made my job a lot easier.

I am a strong believer in Karma .... well atleast I can say as a part of MSXN middle management team I sleep just fine each night knowing that my manager and myself did everything we can do to make sure MOST of the employees in Columbus had others job w/in a week of MSXN closing. I even went one step further ... to this day I still do employee verification for any employee out there who needs itand not just for Columbus drivers. All they have to do is get a hold of me and I will do my best to help.

MSXN quit us, I have never quit the MSXN employees. I miss my team in Columbus as well as other locations dearly.

W/ that said I do apologies if I said anything to offend you (Bill) that was never my tension.

Some day we all will get past this and move on until then hate is a very ugly thing to live with. So I have moved on.

Luvstheroad, I can't believe you would sell me out for a dollar. Shhheeeesh.... How many times did I answer your phone calls and pass on your messages. Wanna talk about cheap labor.... LOL
