Why am I noticing Mid States trucks and/or trailers sitting around the Bureau and La Salle County areas here in Illinois? Are these repo's? Are some getting back what was owed to them by M S? I noticed several tractors sitting in two different truck repair places I know M S used. Then right out side of Spring Valley IL where M S used to have a terminal before moving into La Salle/Peru there are several trailers parked?

Some are PROBABLY repo'd, some may have been trailers that were spotted or dropped somewhere and will stay until they are picked up by whomever. The trucks that are at the repair places will PROBABLY stay there until the debt is resolved. This is not an unusual thing when a company goes under. If those pieces of equipment are in places that no one knows about, why don't you contact the trustee and let him/her know where they are at. I'm sure they would appreciate it and it would help resolve issues regarding vendors getting their equipment back or being paid.

Triple T. Have you donated to the Truckers forum? This is a great venue they have provided..so I suggest you do so.

Concerning your remarks, we have all, already gone through this so catch up! Management has already admitted there was none in that they were ineffective in answering our questions while we, the employees not being management, confronted those with the titles of MANAGEMENT. OK? So, as I said catch up! CJ Mr. Johnson when He first came on here was putting down the drivers, even though He did not realize it...and now! He is sounding like the reast of us, which I certainly do appreciate. To come on here and defend anyone in management is like entering a bull fight and wondering why they are mad at the bull? Whcih is what we all got for years from MANAGEMENT since none of us were hired by the '' HARTMANN'S"....ok? Now, can we be friends? Want to defend anyone, defend the fact I WANT TO KNOW THIS, WHERE IS THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I PAID IN INSURANCE PREMIUMS AND WHY AM I STILL RECEIVING CALLS FROM HEALTH PROVIDERS....??

Truth is, haaaaaaaaaaaaa .. what is the use!!! Want to defend certaqin individuals? Go to see your pastor priest...I do not care...My managers let me down. I know the chain of command goes to the top, but there is a chain!! Is their not?

One thing I am thakful of, by us peons, the ones that delivered and picked up the freight, those who so run now, MANANGEMENT, are coming around and sounding like victims, which we all are, but do not come on here defending MANAGEMENT!!! That is like telling the lion not to eat the Gladiator, it is Ceasors fault!!

What I do suggest is this, DONATE TO TRUCKERS FORUM...GIVE A BUCK or two!!!

Some time has passed, so I thought I would go by the terminal to see what I can see.

This is what I saw.

The landlord has rented the building to another company, GOOD FOR THE LANDLORD BECAUSE HE IS NOT LOSING ANYMORE MONEY. But what I found was not good for the ex-employees of MSXN. I found that the employee files are still in this building for anyone to go through YES the employee files are there for anyone who wants anyone current driver license or SS#, drivers medical records, your wife and children SS#'s.

Beware that if your terminal is not closed out and things removed from them your information is out there for the taken.

Columbus Driver...
Could you or someone else ask the landlord for the files? Try to get them and contact the other's at the terminal to find out if they want them or would like to have them destroyed.
Thanks for that info, it's very important that someone act on this.

The Manager phone number is not working and I can't find the office Manager number. I talked to this guy who is renting the building and he told me that he was told by the owner that he can get rid of this paperwork.

I just wanted others to know that their information is out there sitting around for everyone to pick over. I am calling the local police department to see if they can help. I have left a message with the owner of the building as well to see if they will help.

Actually they might be needed for court or negotiations later
Better to just save them in a safe place
