They offer road service (tire, towing, locksmith) almost in any state. When you call them - they ask for express code right way to come out there. After you give them electronic check over the phone - you never heard from them again, your money are gone.
They`ve been doing it for at least 2-3 years now.

They have almost 30 different websites registered: flattirerepair.info, 123tractor.us, mobiletruckrepair.info and many others. Be careful, never give money before road service shows up.
Im reporting what I found on them to FBI. So far I know all I know they are in Los Angeles area, speak Armenian.
You can call them yourself and tell them where you need road service, name any location - they will be always an hour away and ask for money right away.
I can only imagine how many people they scammed over all those years.

You need to report them to the web hosting service and they'll shut them down. It looks like GoDaddy what couple I checked. I disabled your links because I don't want google picking up on them.

What is the source of your info?

I googled on the info whoised couple of the websites, found email there, searched it and it showed 29 other websites linked to the same email (emilcohen at hotmail.com)
I almost paid those scammers $350 upfront fee for mobile tire service, 6 months, it was 3 am in WV, I couldnt find anyone close on truckdown, so I searched on google. Good they didnt pickup second time, I already had express code ready.
Last week I needed tow truck in TX - they wanted $500 upfront. That ringed the bell, I googled them and found lots of l scam reports on them.
I already reported them to authorities and really hope feds will find them.

Have you called the FBI on this company and if so what did they have to say.
I am a repair company in FL and this company called us the other night to go out and work on a truck for them. When we were all done with the repairs and called them for a payment a lady by the name of Terry told me she would call me back and never did. So I called her back and some non english speaking man answer the phone and told me I would have to get the company that owned the truck to pay me. So I called my husband and informed him of this and the driver called the owner and she stated she had already paid the company. I tried to call this company back for a hour and no one would answer the phone and the phone mail box was full and you could not leave a message. I started researching the phone # and found all the comments about it being a scam. I call the LA Police dept because it gave me a 323 #, and they infomed me there was nothing they could do, not even searching the phone #. I have tried to reach them since then and get hung up on which just upsets me even more. I have spent 2 days researching this company and I will do what I can to bring them down. I can't beileve that they have been doing this, for the time frame I am hearing, why has this not been put on the national new stations to inform everyone.
I say everyone who this company has screwed over needs to get together and make our goverment do something about it.

Thats exactly how they scam people. You are a owner operator, need a mobile service. You find them online, call them, pay upfront. They call other mobile service, pretending to be you and request service. By the time you realize you paid scammers, its too late, your electronic check is cashed and you gotta pay again to the service performing the job

FBI is looking into it, but most likely, since most companies dont report those scammers - they wont do anything, which is very sad. I think we, drivers and owners operators, need to do something about it, we got to stop them. You can google the following email - emilcohen AT hotmail.com. Click the link that says "associated with 29 domains". All the websites created by those thiefs and they still working, scamming people for thousands of dollars every single day.

Start with 1 of our trucks DID receive roadside assistance today but told me he was fixed and back on the road. This guy an hour later Called me to get a tcheck number to pay for my drivers repairs due to an inspection at dot weigh scale to many things didn't add up I refused to state if my driver had enough cash on him since they can't take credit or debit after 5pm.
He assured me our driver wasn't being ticketed but still being inspected and talking with dot official.
So I again said yeah I don't know you. I don't care who you are. When my driver (who's name you won't give me) calls me we will settle up the bill.
I then called my driver who had the breakdown he was fine and en route. So called my husband and explained all of it. He called number back while I called all other drivers to check on them. All were fine. I checked area code it was California.
When I got back to the office almost 2 hours after original call my husband had to spoke to guy.
He gave a truck number of one of our guys & said he was still being inspected and the bill was final (tripled from amount I was told) asking my husband for payment. They said they were located in Stockland, GA. Our truck they were referring to was on west side of GA on 75 north.
We are calling then tomorrow to send them out for a false repair. When they call to "find" our exact location well.......
