    If you want to get ripped off, go ahead and lease to them. They owe me over 7k, will not take my calls, I pulled for them for over a year with out a signed lease. I wouldn't sign it. They were trying to have 1 document for the drivers of the company trucks, and for the owner operators. To many things that don't pertain to O/O. After a year of them dispatching me,(brokering) They started getting demanding about running their logo on the door of my truck. I said no way, not in this lifetime! Now they refuse to talk, or pay. Guess the next step is attorney's to collect my money.:biggrin_25510: They even rip off the company drivers by cutting 400. to 500. a load off the top of the rate. Company drivers all paid by percentage, 20% after 10% for the office, deduct fuel surcharge, plus another 400. to 500. per load, just because they can get away with it. They got a car dispatched to them for 1200. out of L. A. Car paid 1200. to the company, they told the driver that it only paid 800.

    Everything went well until the last 6 weeks, so don't judge a person until you have walked in his shoes for a while. I may have screwed up, but at least I wasn't ripping people off as they are. Everyone should learn from their mistakes, I know I have. I now am running under my own authority, and finding my loads for myself. And every chance I get, I take a load that they think is theirs. I've done it 2 times so far, and I do it because I can. My reputation is way better than theirs, because over the years I've been in this area of trucking, I've never lied to my customers as they have. So far I'm not lacking in freight going out, but sometimes the loads coming home are a little thin. That will change in time. But back to the original post, I will get my money.

    I worked With Trail Riders Transport while you were there I think It is really sad of you Ed to down grade this company I was a owner opp with this company. You and Anna was dismissed at the same time for trying to ruin this company while shannan was going threw cancer. I think it is really funny that if they owe you money than why didn't you file a law suit against them. It seems funny that all the people that came there to work are the ones that couldn't drive a truck or get down the road and deliver loads the same drivers always had something bad to say about them. So if you know so much about how they paid there own drivers than that means you and Anna was sharing info that was confidential to the company which is illegal and can get both of you put in jail. I thought it was funny how you would never sign a lease and told me not to sign one also every time chad brought it up and that is why you had magnetic emblems instead of stickers for trail riders that way you could take them off before you get to the dealer and take them off to try to steal work out from under them and also i'm sure when i had to take one of your loads it was because you where running loads that was for them without them even knowing it. No one should take this driver seriously cause i don't know how many times he talked bad and slandered other companies he worked for before that had probably did nothing to him or anyone else that worked there like this company did nothing to him. Maybe their should be a bad post all over the web about him since he is a scum ball and tries to profit off of others, i no longer work for them and started a local business but hate to see lies.
