i was trained team style with werner. I hated it that the darn truck was always moving as i couldnt sleep while it was rolling down the highway. and every stupid load was a just in time load. gotta get there quick. cant stop for food supplies or shower or to do laundry till the load is delivered. It was hell too. Didnt have time for anything. sleep. drive. sleep. drive. Glad i didnt go team. I would be regretting it big time.

I would train others in the future after i get experienced, but my truck wouldnt be moving 24/7. screw that. i would start driving at 5 am to 2 pm. then my student would drive from 2 pm - 11 pm. then from 11 pm - 5 am the truck stops and we sleep.

My "co-workers" are for the most part too stupid to assist me with anything. They always ask me questions.

Yeah.. I have no desire or interest in being a trainer... I agree, if you need to become a trainer to make the money you need.. then, go elsewhere... especially if you have experience...
