    True. I hope it is supposed to be "MAIL" and that would make a bit more sense. Otherwise, the name wasn't a tip off to a pending bad experience? Who would work for a company called "Alpha Male Trucking"?

    While not a 100% correlation it does seem to me the dumber or less professional-sounding a trucking company or broker's name is the more likely you are to get screwed by them. Alpha Male, seriously?
