Explore Transport is a very unprofessional and very shady company. Its ran by a bunch of thieves and they coerce their drivers into doing illegal activity. Drivers and owner ops beware!!!!!! Does anyone know how to report coercion to the proper authorities? who is the proper authority?

Their safety dept has drivers come in approximately every month to rewrite their logbooks. they get detention pay but dont pay the driver that is supposed to recieve it. Also , the owner ops that are leased on to them are very crooked and the ones i worked for for, ZS Development out of Miami, FL are the biggest of the crooks. They steal money from their drivers and dont pay them the amount they are supposed to receive. They steal and keep your belongings that is in the truck assigned to you.

Go thru bad companies section and you will see that most companies mentioned over there are big american owned companies.
So, i could say every american company is bad,but i won't becouse thats not true.
    There's good and bad everywhere.
You can have your own opinion but it doesn't have to be correct.
Why you went to work there anyway?
First thing you do is check company csa score and their is terrible , so you should know in advance you're gooing to deal with some illegal activities.
I've talked to many american drivers working for EE companies and many of those drivers, not all of them, are drivers with numerous tickets on therir cdl's. So when nobody else wont hire them they go to EE company.

My CSA and MVR are clean. I hired on to an owner op who was leased on to another trucking company and then they switched companies while i was already employed

I agree that not all EE companies are bad...however you must admit that a good amount of them are. Anyone with a fair amount of common sense, real life experience and some education can pick the bad ones out.

Well, I've noticed that you can tell a lot about a company by how their trucks look. For the most part, happy driver equals good looking truck, because that driver has the morale to take that type of pride in his company.

Thats why i said "not all of them". There are exceptions, like yourself.
I know some of their dispatchers. I hate to see when driver is threated with disrespect, doesn't matter if it is EE,american, indian or some other company.
