I booked the load with them. I drove 160 miles. Arrived at the shipper. And there was 3 trucks at the shipper with the same PU Number. One of us was already getting loaded.
I called them, to find out what's going on. Guy on the phone said: "I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH". And hung up. I tried to call them back many times. Finally got the manager. Who did not care about me driving 160 miles for nothing..
Long story short, if you are not driving the truck for the fun of it, DON'T HAUL FOR AUJLA TRUCKING. NOT RELIABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL.
Just avoid them. And you will be fine. -
A friend of mine drove for them for about a month. He said that the owners were East Indian and the communication problems were constant. He said the East Indian drivers seemed to have a better time of it, got better loads and better equipment.
He also said that the trucks were held together with bailing wire and duct tape, the pay was always in dispute, and they'd run you as many hours and miles as you could hide in a couple of log books.
They have an almost constant ad in the Sacramento CL.born&raisedintheusa Thanks this. -
I am not racist. But common, we are in America! Don't give me this- I don't speak English excuse, right?
How much do they pay their drivers anyway? Just curious. -
