    ive been there a year now, and believe me, there was more going on than a dented bumper. as far as speed goes, singles are 65 and TEAMS are 75. you need to calm down and sort fact from fantasy. we have no problems there.

    Where is the logic in that? Most of their drivers drive like idiots when they get over 65, I have had 2 of them in the last week that couldnt even keep it in their lane, one of them was texting while driving and i ratted him out, this is one thing I will not tolerate!

    Hahaha, you guys crack me up. 3 years probation and fired over a dent in the bumper. Certainly sounds like they wanted to get rid of you, maybe it was your breath?

    3 year probation? Sounds more like he was on continual probation for a series of screw-ups. A 90 probation is usually enough for a company to tell whether or not a driver is going to work out.

    That being said, I know of one company that would put guys back on probation...no loss of salary, benefits, or seniority... just to get their attention if they really goofed something up that was obviously their fault. It usually only happened once or twice and the driver usually shaped up because he saw the handwriting on the wall.

    But three years probation? I'm surprised IR went that far with him.

    STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.... THEY SCREW DRIVERS OVER AND SHORT YOUR PAY ALL THE TIME. EQUIPMENT IS AWFUL, CONSTANTLY BREAKING DOWN. I WORKED FOR THEM FOR 6 MONTHS AND IT WAS THE WORST. I HAVE BEEN A TRUCKER FOR OVER 25 YEARS, WORSE COMPANY I EVER WORKED FOR
