Read all of this....seems to me the first fella the lady that started this was talking about was looking for a job at Burger King (have it your way..). The man obviously had no time management skills - if you can't go from OK to AZ to CA and back to OK in 8-9 days something's wrong.

I am looking to go to work for Rains...been an owner operator for a while now...wore my truck plum out. Seems to me the guys who work there and stay there are making money. The guys who have no time management skills and don't really want to work hard are the ones griping about this place. Its all how you work it...work hard work smart = $$$. Expect to buck the system and dictate to the company what YOU want to do and go broke and quit.

i talked to them today told me would pay 200 for orientation. and they pay for hotel plus breakfast and lunch

Ummmmm..... lunchmeat... which is it? Did you start "3 weeks before thanksgiving" as the comment above says. Or... as the next message you posted in January 2015... "I have been at rains for a few years and its great."? Something doesn't fit here.

 

Also... it's very curious to me how ALL of the positive comments for these guys are from virtually new board members and one from "Perkins, OK"?? Hmmmm... something tells me there's a lot of office interference on these comments, if ya know what I mean?

Cynics? So are you privy to knowledge of these other new members? Are they drivers for them? Are you? I'm not trying to be cynical mountaingote... just realistic and knowing the tactics of recruiters in this industry... begs for the suspicion I have. But if you want to think me a cynic... so be it. Also... explain lunchmeat's comments above. Two different timelines... which is it??
