Better off doing anything else, where
At least there isn't a .15 cent a mile nonrefundable maintenance charge
Or the ever loving balloon payment
Not to mention the default clause, which makes you liable for the entire term of the lease .
Of the so called walk away lease,
I guess it means walk to the nearest attorney because we are suing.

If they know they can got one out of hundreds - to add thousands of dollars of profit for buying one of their "jobs", they will send offers to your dog.

A suckers lease purchase deal,,they sell (if you complete the lease) used poorly maintained trucks for big bucks because they have hundreds of used wore out trucks with little or no resale value,
thanks for sharing this contract,it was very interesting and very sad that a company would take advantage of someone with little or no trucking and business experience,

Sure would like to see more lease purchase contracts from other carriers.

Getting a truck doing a lease purchase...is like buying a tv at ...rent to own....bad choice....
