No one has or is going to put a levy on my bank all my trucks have passed a level one inspection.all the foul phone and text messages you have sent me and my office have all been documented.The truth is the thing that matters most.So go ahead and keep firing away it all goes straight to a attorney.

 

Exactly no one can ever ask you to do what you do not choose to do.if the equipment was unsafe to drive then you don't drive it.no one can put a gun to your head and make ya drive.

 

Lucky - Your trucks have a 56% OOS rate and you have a CSA score of 98% in vehicle maintenance. Sounds like the OP has some validity.

 

how are they still allowed to operate with scores that bad?

 

.....if you owe these drivers sir ,they will certainly be
be calling or texting you , ....if so then ,maybe you should hide your trucks ,disable or lock them down !!!
By Law !!!!......these men have a right to take possession of your equipment !!!
until court date or until this issue is seattled ........truth is the most precious thing we have in this world or the next !
......we would like hear more about you ,especially if you are known for shorting your driving force
......you have to admit ,we truckers have been a sport but enough is eniugh !!!
We are tired of not getting what we earned !!!!

Wow. $1100 bucks for four days wages. Sweet!!!!

 

This company has been reported to the county and Texas attorney generals office. D.o.t has also been notified. Owner has/continues to bounce checks to employees for hours worked.Commercial vehicles used are a death trap! . D.o.t laws regarding driving hours ,reset hours etc. are non existing. Every qualified driver has quite so now whitetail is using non cdl possession drivers.

 

So how is it you know they employ drivers without CDLs? What sort of evidence do you have to support your claim ?
