I worked for this comapany and yes they are an outlaw company. You wanna make money you run it is what it is but they are decent people to work for. You run the truck like an o/o take the truck home take time off when needed and work as much as you want. I made well over 1500 a week here and that was without lumping the loads. When lumping loads id pocket 600+ a week its a shame a back injury suffered while coaching little league kept me from continuing with this company. The equipment has gotten much better but some thing there wont change if you wanted to run legal then you should have asked to go to the lenape side of the comapny which is the side to run legal on. sounds like you were running the behr paint which is the side that gets the most sleep.

Turn over rate depends on the driver- still have drivers that worked there since the 80's. I been with company since 95 - left and went back cause wife couldn't handle me not being home on weekends with kids. Yeah company is always looking for drivers - most of the new guys are dumb-##### who don't really wanna work and are looking for easy paycheck. well to make 1,500 a week u gotta work for it.
Don't know why you say boss doesn't care about you - you were prob a POS driver. Bosses treat me and my family well. Always have work. Get paid vacation when I need it. You work hard you get respect and leeway from bosses.
Definitely true about 11/14 hour rule - gotta be creative.Bigdawg1980 and wheeler113 Thank this.
