Another one post wonder... Even though no one was able to speak understandable English you still went ahead and took the job?

Sounds like a typical Chicago outlaw outfit. As long as you people continue driving for them they will be around. -
Turn them into the FMCSA....

The one thing I can see in the future, is getting pulled around back every time you go through a scale.

This report comes from a gentlemen that worked for us for a week after he had a paid training for a while . He got good ratings from our trainer so we send him on the road . He or anyone working for us was never asked to drive over HOS . He has done 600 miles in 3 days missed his delivery appointment and damaged a loading door , a car , a museum monument , 2 gas station safety poles , and 6 tires from the trailer . We had to pay $500 late delivery fee for him . He has hide everything from us ,but we learned about these incidents after we received reports from everyone for insurance claims . We had 3 of them in the value of $12347. We asked him to go for a drug test again as we suspected he was on drugs to do such damages and have this kind of be. Needless to say he refused and he got fired . He was driving a 2009 Volvo semi truck with @500000 automatic transmission and a 2013 Utility flat bed trailer both in great working condition with DOT inspections done within 2 months . After he done the last accident at a museum were he blew 2 tires trying to take an S curve in a parking lot with a 48' trailer he abandoned the truck there . Police came and called him back willing to arrest him for hit and run . We have talked police man out of it . We do dispatching out of a house as we are not large enough to afford for now an office but we grow and we will rent/buy one . Every trucking company starts from some where . We have @ 15 years experience in transportation industry and we care for our employes like they are our family . This gentlemen is still looking for a job on Craigs List since he was fired and no wonder no one is giving him a job . We received requests from few companies about him and we had to tell them the truth about his driving behavior. I guess he feels frustrated now and he tries to ruin our reputation .
Good luck in life !

I thought, as an employer, you can only legally tell dates an employee worked there, if they were fired/eligible for rehire, and drug test refusal?
