I think that's the point. There's a lot of sarcasm intended. Not picking but everyone has a slow day when they just don't pick up on the obvious. Once in awhile I do it. The post is a joke.

i bet bet they even expect you to pass a drug test even though you just smoked one joint two weeks ago and you have a valid medical marijuana prescription to alleviate the stress associated with chronic hangnails.
