Do not work for sharp transit out of springfield oh or North Carolina

They are a company that pulls freight for A L D I S grocery store they have local and o t r and regional work . Over here they will work u to death no money no benefits and the health insurance is so bad u can't even afford to get it they have big favoritism over there u have to call into work every moring if your local around 9 am to find out if your working or not they if u are work u will be running and being there 16hrs and only being paid for 12hrs u have to load and unload the truck the women at the warehouse make the pallets u deliver to the store they are leaning not wrapped right and god forbid u drive down the road and the pallet falls in your trailer u have to spend 2hrs of your time u don't have and not get paid for it cause its part of the job and re stack it . The people have no respect the manger talks to u like your dumb the company only has 1 mechanic for the 50 trucks and they give him no help cause they are cheap stay away from this company stay away

 

O yea beware of this company or any company that pulls Aldis freight u will regret it I promise

 

Lol u guys lost your dispatcher and about to lose your dm I know all about webber terminal and drivers are quitting let and right if your not on the gone squid u ant making any money at sharp I worked there I left by choice it's a dead end job no real driver got time to be picking up not wrapped pallets correctly for no extra money that place is a joke if its not why is it that on Ben sharp website it says benefits that they don't give the drivers anymore come on man if u really look at the time u put in everyday there are u really making money a guy can be there. For 10 years and I guy walking in can make the same money as the vet u think that's a good thing and also if its a good place why can't they keep drivers and why do they use temp services to hide the company that they want people to work for and also why don't they have more then one mechanic and also why is it when u brake down u have to wait for hours for help u and I both know that ant no good place they use old parts to repair trucks cause they are too cheap to get new parts and lets be honest if u don't kiss as u won't make good money if your local u will make 52 thousand in a year no benefits regional the same ### kissers 60 thousand gone squid 90 thousand that's it I know all about it and name one driver u know that has retired from that place none no pension no real 401 k the health insurance so high u might as well join o bama. Care don't tell me u doing well if u believe that u really need to look at other company's

 

Well I hate when people lie about making good money be real that's all I ask we all do the same thing u know and u got a guy here trying to tell me he's doing we'll when he know I know the truth
