    Its been 6 years now and panther still owes me over $10,000.00 and refuses to talk to me lawers wont take case because i dont live there and Lawyers here wont take case because they are across the country liers and thieves

    if you have proof they owe you im sure the employment office would of helped you. But 6 years? you might as well forget about it. does panther pay once every 6 weeks? how did you let them get you for over 10k? when did you figure out you were working for free?

    It was back when they bought conway expedite during all the change over and what would employment office have to
    Do with it we were all owner ops that doesnt apply

    Did you own the truck or work as a 1099 jockey? Good luck getting it from the owner if it was 1099, but if it's Panther - take 'em to small claims court. If you have the documentation to back it up you should get a ruling in you favor...

    I owned the truck went through all that bs years ago and yes i have all the invoices i also owned the trailer as well as quallcomm dispatch snap shots

    If you ever worked there im sure they do, that being said i have no reason explain anything to you or anyone else. You werent there and im sure you didnt pull for con way expedite either. I was just trying to save someone from a loss so take for what it was ment for or dont really dont care. Have a nice day
