This guy talks down to you. Until one day I snapped back. Hes been sheduling loads late for pick up and delivery and puts the blame on the drivers. He claimed I was padding my hours to get more pay. But actually was sitting at 75 percent of the warehouses waiting to either load or unload. He also set me up with a bogus GPS printout to get me fired in order to cover his ###! It showed me in Salt Lake City Utah And Flagstaff Arizona Instead of where I really was. Sitting for 7 hours at a warehouse in Vegas. I was terminated the day I got hurt. And Im thinking my last paycheck is going to be very small. They also charge the shippers and consignees for driving the loads from the upper eeast coast to calif. but actually load the trailers on trains. Im looking to turn him into DOT for falsifiling documents and for wrongful termination. Any Suggestions or organizations to contact would be very helpful.

Yeah truck companies putting shippers freight on rail is a little deceptive.

I've noticed this freight on rails without knowledge of the shipper or broker is getting out of hand. Another reason why rates are coming down for us o/o's.

The only advise is to make awareness of this person and company. Plus see a lawyer about it and its always good to put the word out on that company and dispatcher hopefully someone will see and read the post a d had same problems or add complaints to your case. I don't know if this info helps.

LTL's like to do that too, and quite often it comes back to bite them in the rear end because they'll put trailers on trains containing time sensitive freight.

I wonder if any "truck" loads wound up on that derailed train near Eloy, AZ.
