Kc , spoke about the money at Carolina Cargo, fined on every check for idle time even if you did not run the truck, nasty when ya got it,cleaned up before you could stand to be in it and keep it clean,return it clean and still got a payroll deduction for a dirty truck.

CCARGO- OUTof route miles, that is rich ,travel the direction you are instructed to and still get a company fine.

KC you right about the false dac reports, I will contest it, You can't do some things, I don't have a parole officer to worry about upsetting, never had! I am doing more research, I learned the law in school, not prison. They don't want bad publicity, it's called the truth. Meanwhile back on the farm, Slander is Verbal. Liable is printed e.g. DAC report.

I got dismissed from cc for breaking company policy, My trainer stole a cell phone and I guess I'm supposed to be a cop? He still works there. I hope he sells one of their trailers!

Best disgruntled retaliation with a company like this is report known violations to the FMCSA and have them audited . Crete got fined over $30,000 for not getting drivers drug tested when they were supposed to . Have them cited , then a few months later have somebody report more violations .

Carolina cargo gives them that one chance to turn over a new leaf.
many turn out to be good drivers and dedicated workers in spite of all the rotten apples that are easy to focus on. I know drivers there are ex felons and they are good drivers and an asset to any trucking company that gives them a chance.
