    What discrimination? You say that an entire company is "not female friendly," when it sounds like you are basing that off of exactly one other employee who didn't discriminate against you. You haven't talked to your management, and you label an entire company as sexist simply because you don't know how to deal with your trainer. Quit acting like the world is poo pooing on you, and drive on towards your goals.
