Employe of elh for 5 years prior to accident. Truck was blown over by 74mph straightline winds. Been on wc since there wc insurance went bankrupt on 8/15/14. Medical bills pileing up no ttd since 19 documented injuries. Then they sell out to prime inc. no answers from the company or the state. Was in top 5% for otd trained for a year on an 850 mile daily run. Now I'm sitting hear waiting on answers. So much for pride thru performance.

I don't know anything about Henderson filing bankrupt but your facts are a little scewed prime did not take over Henderson . in fact Henderson is still in control of itself with its own authority they are simpli contracted to pull prime freight ..

You need to get a good workers comp attorney! Shouldn't be hard to find. But I'd get on it right away.

Been in the buisness 27 years an this is not the first time I have been thru this a take over of operations is a take over an never food for anybody involved. One company assumes another companies assets an debts. Union companies do it all the time most recent yrc.
