    hey every body i started work with crazy horse oilfied hulling in july 27 . 2014 , i sing the contract with them for 27% from the gross incom , they never let me how much the gross income , they just deposit some money in my account , but they get contract with energetic and i have to fill the teckts by my self and i found out they pay me 4.9 % only i complain to them and i qout they cheated me for more than 27000$ , i just let evrybody know that becuse they cheating all there driver . thanks

    If you're getting paid on percentage they have to show you the freight bills by law. Did you ever ask to see them before this incident? They have to show you but nothing says they can't make you jump thru hoops in providing them. No surprise they don't share them with drivers nor that they're only paying you 4.9% either. Never work for a company paying on percentage that hides this info because they are stealing from you. It's a shame it happens but really just how things go in this business. Companies that do this need to be made to suffer the consequences $$$$$$ for their actions. Unfortunately they can count on most drivers not bothering. In your shoes I'd lawyer up.

    I love these outfits that tell you you get 27% of the gross......um ok whats the gross? and when they cant or wont come up with the answer or show the freight bill don't walk RUUUUUN away because they see you as a mark. Don't even get started with them, cuz you're only going to go broke.

    P.S. And any time you have an outfit Called "Crazy Horse oilfield Hauling" The "Crazy Horse" part would make me very nervous.:biggrin_2556:
