| you guys are complaining about getting too many loads, etc. I bet i am the only active driver last week who ran a total of 83 miles. I would LOVE to have the problem of driving 10.5 hours a day. |

| Elite Teams ok I've only worked with the Big Orange for just over a year now. I'd have to say that my exerience has been very different. I signed on as an experienced driver and went through their orientation program. It was rushed and left out a lot of information that a company driver would need to know. As for the working end, I joined to run team with a friend of mine already in their employ for a year. Six months after I started with them, they announced a new program for their best teams, called "Elite Teams". Without doing anything different that we'd normally do, we qualified and have been on the elite board since it's creation. We get plenty of freight, get home whenever we want and have a great DBL. I don't know what it's like on the solo side of things, but my experience with Schneider teams has been very good and I am very happy with my job. |

I went through orientation up at Indy OC last Sept and they went through everything. The only problem was that there were about 3 drivers in the class that shouldn't of been on the road to begin with, but Schneider passed them anyways. Because of these 3 drivers the classes took about 2 hours longer each day.
