No pay for work....NHE.

National highway express co. Doesn't pay as promised. 3 weeks now and haven't been paid a dime. I got bills way past due. And no money to even put gas in car to go to work. Promised signing bonus as well . Received nothing from them. Told them I won't be there Monday. Cars on empty . Can't make it. Not to mention they told me to stay home today. No work. What's up with that? Might have another job lined up but what to do about this? I'm broke.
Sue them? How do I start this process?
They go by another name as well. Royal something or other.

 

I've been asking whats going on ? Have heard nothing back as of yet. I just came off unemployment. And logged in those weeks are still there and could be claimed. Put it this way, they are there if I click on them and use them. Not honest but I'm broke. And who knows if and when I will be paid.

 

Finally got a hold of someone at corp. and the payroll girl is out today of course . Was told auto deposit isn't ready or some crap like that. So they wrote a check. Don't know when that will show up or if it will be correct. This company is messed up. Terrible benefits. That means more then health insurance . Like holidays or other things. As far as health , we have none right now because it was crazy cost wise at this place. For a family it's $1000.00 month out of your pay. And have no idea what the quality of that is as far as co pays for services . Like 80/20 example. That's crazy . $250+ out of your check each week.
Anyways. This check is supposed to be for two weeks. Supposed to be paid every week. No idea if 1/2 bonus is on it or not. Other half after 6 months. I won't see that. LOL. I think we all know why.
Anyway just wanted to update everyone. I'll repost if this doesn't turn out the way it should. Mean while late fees are piling up on bills. If a i end up in small claims , that will be accounted for. Added damage.
Thanks for the advice anyone gave . I will consider all if this check is bogus.

 

Just thought of something else. If anyone has experience with this. I got a feeling that first week will be horrible pay compared to the second . Not going into why , not important. But what if , before taxes, it's worst then my unemployment amount.? Could I make up for that with a claim. I would probably have to call down for that instead of electronically trying. Just wondering since Mr. X mention "gainfully employed".
