Wow I wonder why the op didn't think of that. If you read his post he said he spent weeks with hireright and did threaten to sue.

 

Wow , you're right papo steath , ...I've sued hire right before for just a reason as this ,when a driver disputes information on public record , the acusser better be ready to back it up with solid evidence ,not just because someone said so ,it just don't work like that .....unfortunately alot of drivers ,don't know their rights and they stand up for themselves .....it's up to us drivers to inform & encourage each other as much as posible

 

I responded to a job posting once and when I called, it happened to be Sharkey. Had I known that from the start I wouldn't have replied as I've seen their fleet of royal ####boxes on the road. But since I already called, figured I'd listen to their sales pitch. My impression is I wouldn't trust those people as far as I could throw them! Just had a sense of real trouble and later the same evening, my phone started blowing up with blocked/private # calls. I'd stay far away from them
