In my eighteen year driving career, I have negotiated all the negativity of the occupation, and have successfully prevailed as a driver, and buddy, it has been a handful. I am a life member of O.O.I.D.A., accomplishing many certificates, including my 17 yr. safe driving certificate from O.O.I.D.A.. I have maintained an accident free career, including non-preventable. I give this information about myself for one reason only. I have "NOTHING" to boast about, I have "ONLY" done what is expected of me, "HOWEVER", I want you to know that I have "BEEN THERE, DONE THAT". In 2013, I accepted a driving position at "SISBRO, INC." in QUINCY, ILLINOIS, a sister co. to "SHARKEY, TRANSPORTATION". To make a long depressing story short, this was "A DEGRADING & HUMILITATING" experience that I would like for truck drivers to be "VERY" aware of. "SISBRO, INC." is dedicated, "AND WILL STRIVE", to prove to you that "YOU CAN AND WILL BE TREATED LIKE A DOG." Trashy and unethical dispatchers that scream and cuss. No detention pay for the 1st five hours. "JUNK EQUIPMENT". Yes, I did this to myself by allowing myself to be associated with these "BROW-BEATERS". It is embarrassing to tell anyone about my lack of judgment by being associated with such a "TRASHY" company, BUT, can't most of us look back on something that we went thru and it makes your face burn, and you think, "what the ---- was I thinking". Six months with these clowns and as I retreated financially, I quit. They "WARNED" me that if I did there would be consequences, and they were right. They put 4 misclassified "incidents" on my DAC report, (a place were DAC & the truck co. IS able to LIE back and forth together). You know that place, that place where they can take a good solid driving career and stain it, you know, put a deceitful "SCAR" on it. Out of "SPITE & REVENGE". This my friend "IS" the personality of "SISBRO, INC.", Quincy, Illinois. I spent "WEEKS" on a daily bases with HIRERIGHT, all to of no avail. I told them to remove the info or I would sue them. They did manage to allow me to put a REBUTTLE on my DAC, but refused to remove the false information. In the mix of all of this, I spoke with GLENN BEMIS, manager of SISBRO, Inc. and also JACK SHARKEY, owner of SHARKEY TRANSPORTATION. After pleading my case with these men, they did "NOTHING" to allow the truth to be known. In fact, they seemed to "ENJOY" the situation "VERY MUCH", and told me that if I would not have quit, this wouldn't have been reported to DAC. GLENN MEYERS, the "safety" man in charge told me when I ask him why they were so UNDERHANDED by putting false statements on my DAC said, and I quote, "THEY HAVE TO LET OTHER PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYERS KNOW THAT I AM A DANGER ON THE HIGHWAYS", end quote. ( as long as I stayed with SISBRO, INC., they would keep it a secret that I was a danger on the highways). By their "SPITE & REVENGE", after being turned down by several companies, (as a company driver), it led me to the best driving job , EVER !!!!!!! This company IS a class act. They treat me like a professional and pay me right with good detention pay & benefits." YOU CAN'T BEAT A MAN AT HIS OWN GAME ", they say. Ok, I picked up my chipped marbles & moved on . If you value a good driving record," OR", not even concerned about your history as a truck driver,"" RUN FROM THIS COMPANY LIKE YOUR HAIR IS ON FIRE"' DRIFTER

Your post would be more credible if you explain and give more info. As Joe Friday would say, "just the facts Mam"

OK...my interest is peaked. What company are you with now that you boasted about at the end of your post? You can't put a gem out there like that and not tell us what this great company is! LOL :biggrin_2559:

Love all the quotes and caps. Are you sure it's not all from an anger problem?

Very interesting post. More specifically what types in incidents did they "misclassify". I'd like more information regarding that. As far as them keeping it a secret so long as you're employed by them. That seems to be a misunderstanding. Most companies wont report anything to DAC until your employment has been terminated.
