Letters work...certified shows you are serious...make sure it is well written in the proper format. Thing with letters is they take time...no one has patience. Phone calls work to...have to be persistent without being annoying.

There is no loyalty in any company on the planet unless you own it yourself. You are fooling yourself if you believe there is.

Loyalty??? That's a thing of the past in this industry. There's a handful of small companies that will try to do what they can for you if you're a good, safe driver who gets loads delivered on time and in one piece, but even that's starting to fade as they get swallowed up by the mega-outfits.

    TruckDuo Thanks this.

Write a letter to the CEO and guarantee that the letter will be copied to your immediate supervisor. Who will most likely then get rid of you. Probably not an outright "fire," but making your life so miserable you will quit.

According to your profile you have six years trucking, and you say you have three years with your current outfit. That is certainly enough experience to get you on board a better company, unless you have had problems with safety.

....and trucking companies are also a dime a dozen ,they can replace you in 10 minutes and you can replace them in 15 minutes ,they are in deep trouble when no one can stomach working for them just like you are in deep trouble if no one will hire you .....i wouldn't lose any sleep over it

You have time to get on forums. Do some searching instead and you can find out anything with search engines. I can find out in 3 min but I'm not doing your work.

After working for Kenan 4 years I gave a 2 week notice when I decided to leave and was told "we don't take notices here". My employment with them ended right then and there along with health insurance and all benefits. Thanks Kenan
