If you work for KAGwest the letter WILL be forwarded to your terminal manager. Then your troubles will really begin. At KAGwest, it's about ego gratification, not delivering loads. I just read where the CEO of Arrow freight was arrested for fraud, I would love to see some of the current and former management of KAGwest arrested for corporate theft for the money they took from drivers and pocketed themselves. Put the Arrow CEO and Bill,Karl,George, and Ritchie into a 2 person cell so they can fight it out for a matteress pad to lie on. Since they're such tough guys to begin with.

I work as a clerk for Kenan Advantage in Ohio. The things I have heard in the office are unbelievable. The discrimination against certain drivers and particularly female drivers is terrible. You would want to write a letter to Bruce Blaise CEO or Dennis Nash owner - but it's useless unless you throw yourself under the bus and give him your name. I won't do that - I would be an outcast. I know drivers who have done it some got satisfaction another one did not. You can work for anyone else and make more - at least around here. I think drivers work for Advantage because management pretty much leaves them alone unless there are issues.
