Westside Transport out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Formers drivers have posted bad comments about Westside Transport and I can say that the drivers are not making up false stories.. I worked there in the past.. The drivers are correct.No big miles and the dispatchers can be rude and dirty all the time.. The safety men are arrogant,mean,and rude..Safety guys will fire you if you have one incident..Don't matter if it's a minor incident. The company is not good..The workers are good at putting false stuff on a driver's DAC report.. I got something on my DAC that was not true.I was at the terminal back in June..A guy was fired for a minor incident..I saw guys there complaining about no miles and guys were complaining about their dispatcher acting ugly.. Dispatchers are rude and dirty.. The dispatch manager is rude and dirty too.I don't think that person like certain people..The only good is that the equipment is of and the night dispatchers are ok. The night crew don't talk to you like you are a little boy or girl.. I would not refer any new applicants to apply at Westside.Westside is a dirty company. Do yourself some good. Stay away. You might get your DAC messed up if you work for this carrier.
