    I saw the same thing in WI. There was a little snow on the road but chains? They must be trained that way. :biggrin_25525:

    hand held video isn't against the law, just texting and making calls is against the law...

    nothing in the law about not being able to use video...

    oh please handing over a recording device really which takes one second...

    The Hippo truck drivers I see everyday driving with one hand and eating a big mac with the other is farrrr more of distracted driving but nobody talks about that now do we.
