do not work for this company: I have worked for DMR for a couple years and through those years I went through seven trucks cause there equipment is junk and unsafe and they tell you drive it till it breaks then when it does break expect to be sitting for hours cause they don't want to pay to have there trucks fixed by road service all there trucks have over a million miles.Now on with the logs yes I know everyone is supposed to be switching to e logs not them yet they will keep on paper logs because you have to run illegal everyday.If you scratch there back don't expect them to do the same to you cause they won't. They also want you to buy there junk equipment for $36,000 when they only pay maybe $18,000 for each junk truck and they say that there all updated and will even make receipts so you think there not lying. I know who ever is reading this forum is thinking im a liar cause they screwed me over actually they didn't screw me over they actually payed on time every week which was the only thing good about them.there is plenty more to say about the company but I dont have the time to write a book of truth on trucking company's that are no good to work for.So if your looking for that dream job of trucking company's that don't lie to you and treat you like your someone. Keep looking there out there if I would have done my research online before I went to DMR I would have never worked for them but I didn't so I had to find out on my own good luck drivers keep those wheels a spinning.
