I'm scared to death about leasing with Prime. 1200$ a week payment? Don't even make that as a company driver. There has to be a better way. Have not been happy here so far and jumping in bed with them financially seems like a mistake.

Read in another thread that Prime doesn't take your money for repairs until the end of the settlement then read somewhere else that you have to pay for it weekly. So if your truck falls apart on you who pays the bills? You. Don't like the fact I can't choose my loads that doesn't make sense. I see idiots making money leasing though it's astounding. If the payment was half of what they're asking I would probably give it a go, but with 1200$ bill every week I'd never go home again unless I wanted to be broke.

Right 72% (that's fair). 1000$ a week guarenteed for 3 weeks. Tell me exactly how much money is left in your pocket at the end of the year after all expenses on truck repairs, pms ect. How much are we banking for being an esteemed lease driver?

You can keep riding each others #! @$ all day and punching holes thru your Qualcomm over low paying frieght or we can tell ppl the truth. 1000$ a week truck payment plus fixed cost is outrageous! Does Prime pay Lumper fees? Was around 170$ to be unloaded at Kroger avg lumper fee is 100$ Absolutely love taking cash advances out of my pocket to pay a lumper should never have to deal with that #### as a company driver.

Leasing a brand new truck of any kind is NOT cheap.. no matter even if you get the truck from a dealer. -
Thx for the quick reply was a typo

Still though not being in control of your frieght paying for a truck u won't own freaking buzzer goes off when u hit the shoulder hate Prime trucks so much absolutely love being passed by grandma to save money for the company. Light trucks don't even have auto pin release for 5th wheel. Super singles? Awful traction in bad weather.
