it involves voting rights denied... pay... indentured servitude, and a general hostile work environment.... complaints are not listened to and are ignored..... the NLRB knows allot about them... this is a good case which could become a class action suit for a good firm who has the courage needed......

the contract reads disputes to be handled via arbitration in iowa

    CRST is bad.
    Looking for a freight broker.
Looking for a small trucking firm in the Monterrey area.

How are these connected?????(those are the 3 posts the OP has made)

    pete1 and TruckDuo Thank this.

If it's because the OP couldn't get home to vote, that's what absentee ballots are for. It's not the company's ( or any company's) obligation to get drivers home just to vote. I don't care for the Crash & Rollover Stunt Team myself, but that's a new one.

Had a CRST driver at my warehouse today say it sucked working for them. Couldn't tell if he was being serious or not and he was in a hurry to get docked and leave so didn't try to get more details.

Have seen *dozens* of new drivers forking for CRST coming to my warehouse since Nov though.
