Fischer trucking in Fort Wayne, IN giving me bad reference that is untrue.

    It sounds like your doctor needed to get his act together a bit more.

    Did they put this info on your DAC? That can be disputed by you.

    No, they did not put it on my DAC, I just know that at least the last 2 places I applied to turned me down at the last minute because of what Fischer told them when they called to check my work references, and that's what they were told.

    You would think that some companies would understand that they weren't being truthful since there is no mention of these allegations on my DAC. As far as I can tell they did not put anything untrue on my DAC., just that I was not eligible for rehire.

    I don't believe a company can say much to a potential employer, except employment dates, and job responsibilities. Fisher Bros. may be breaking the law, if they are doing that.
