T.E.A.M Trucking LLC in Clarksville Tn Is by far the worst company I have ever worked or driven for in the 29 years I have worked.When I first applied at this job in march of 2007 I wanted to come off the road to a local job near my hometown.Well when first interviewed I was told that I would recieve lots of hours and lots of miles from the manager P.W for short.the first week I was there they told me what a good job I was doing and how well I caught on.They also told me that after three months they would raise me to 13.00 dollars an hour an after six months another dollar.Well as it turned out neither happened.This company has lied from the first day.Since my coming to this job I have seen at least 10to 15 people come and go .This is a modest number.I am losing my new home because of this and just found out the tv cable has been cut off today.I quit 9/13/07 .Went to pick up my weeks pay and was told by P W. that my check had been mailed that morning and I told him that was not true and he isisted it was and that I leave the grounds.He threatened to put a restraing order against me If I did not leave. So to show you he is the biggest lier I have ever seen.I knew the check had not been mailed instead as usual he lied again.Checks are never ready before 2 oclock in afernoon..So I left and called police which in turn went to them and retrieved my check.remember I told you P.W. said they mailed it that morning.Just a fat lie as usealwhich he is the best at. They will tell you anything they can to get you to work there and then starve you like many others before me.They lie lie lie.They run drivers over the 70 hour rule. And they tried to get me to drive a truck knowing that the steering locks up when turning to the left.Saftey is not there top priority.So if you go to them to work beaware this company gets a tolite bowl rating .I can not say anything good about them stay away PHil.This is not
a Team you want to work for.They even send trucks out of state with illegal license plates .I know I got the ticket. Phil B

i think this how alot of smaller companies are. if you live in the tn area you should try to get a job spottin at mohawk or shaw they will pay you like 15 or 16/hr to do that. not the pitiful 13 that they were promising you at that one place. my god i make more than that and i drive hyster. i wish you luck man. that is bad taht you are losing ur new home though. i hope you pull thru it well. take care

That sucks........the pay of 13 an hour ins't good either. It is amazing what some of these companies pay someone to drive and 18 wheeler and expect them to do a good job on top of it...... I am also waiting for a last pay which should have come today in the mail...it didn't ....I wonder why these ******** companies always pull this ####. They need to have their faces kicked in!

well like i told the other guy mohawk pays u 15 or 16 i knwo b/c i was gonna drive for them but b/c i was wrote up i can't transfer. so ya know. lol

Its good to know we truckers all have one thing in common .we do what others don't dare.Its truckers that built this country and its a real shame we have companies such as the one I worked for that give it a bad name.Thanks again fellow brothers. Keep on trucking.PB

Well this so called company is just full of lies.There management must have the IQ of a donkey. Left this company due to truck safety problems an lack of miles I was told that I would be getting above what I got.I have never seen a company that treats there help like Sh t. This dump truck company in Clarksville Tn Is the very reason why good truck drivers change careers. They tell you to your face one thing and do the opposite.Stay away from this company .This company has treated everyone in there path so bad that even the town folks talk about them. This I know is true because I had gone to get a haircut and the lady I had never meet asked who I work for and I told her a local dump company and before i could get a word in she said you didn`t work for team did you .She went into deep details on the #### they pull on there employees. I quit there and went to get my check on Friday afternoon and pee on supervisor said you walked out so your check went in the mail this morning ,I knew that was I lie as usual.He always lies.They don`t get the owner to sign checks until 2 O'Clock in afternoon. So I know he was lien and then wanted to escort me from the building like a little crybaby trying to impress his girl friend,.So I called police they got my check about 45 minutes later .remember it was in the mail that morning.So they lied again. All I'm trying to say is stay away from this place. They will lie lie lie. If they do`t run you illegal they will cut your hours to the point of going broke. I know I'm loosing my house because of TEAM Trucking. They should be real proud of themselves. But be for warned they will have to answer to GOD one day.Blownscoot

Blown, this is a dump-truck company? I don't know exactly what that means. Does it mean "garbage hauler", "construction dumper", or something else? I ask this because if it's just a construction truck, why would miles or forcing a driver to run illegally be a worry there? I can see it being a worry if you're hauling urban trash long distance like drivers around NYC and Philly do, but a true dirt dumper?
