Unorganized mess. No accountability. Require 30 days notice before you get any home time. 23% of load pay is what you get and you average 1.5 loads a day because of slip seating. Managers play the safety card but are running loads 25+ hours on duty. They have "auditors" that will dime on you in a heartbeat but are in trucks running loads for 16+ hours and only taking 6 hour rest breaks. One of their senior(senior=1year of service lol) drivers is a big snitch he'd snitch on his own grandmother just to make himself look good yet he spilled over a gallon of oil at a lact, that I witnessed, he just covered it with dirt and didn't say a thing about it even though trade star has a strict honesty policy. D.o.t. would have a blast with these guys. These guys don't give a #### about safety or their drivers. Don't believe anything they tell you. I highly insist anybody trying to get on with these guys look elsewhere or wait until oil comes back up and get on with a better company.

Who said I was fired?
-
-
Just tired of oilfield companies lying and taking advantage of people.
-
It sounds like you got fired from your post. Talk about snitches and stuff. But you're right. The oilfield companies really put the screws to the drivers, At least from what I've heard.
-
There are some good companies out there but theyre getting harder to find and land a gig with especially with the decline of oil
-
Good luck in your next ventures.

And watch out for those snitches.
Jumbo and joseph1135 Thank this.
