Poor management spies on employees to rout out leaks and whistle blowers instead of addressing problems which cause complaints. If Managers spent half as much energy working to make things better as they do tracking down those reporting poor conditions and illegal activities on the internet, this forum would be empty.

I agree, Too bad there is not a DAC on companies, one that resmebles the BBB. Where a complant can be addressed by the company AND driver. I would also like to see some turnover rates, the higher the turnover rate the you know there is a problem.

It is better to give these companies soo much grief that they have no choice to either change their image or face sanctions like a surprise DOT Compliance Audit or a federal lawsuit.
