I haven't heard about bankruptcy, but I do know they are in trouble. The investers they took on are not happy and are planning to sell the company. There is missing investor money too. To top it off, in order to save the most amount of money in wages, they're cutting the heads off the top tier, long-time employees, instead of letting the new hires go. Talk about loyalty. On the otherhand, I've heard from several of their employees awhile back and they said it wasn't a good company to work for then either. Most complain about the inept management. Basically, the only way your job is safe there is if you own your own rig and don't speak english.
