Ya==Maybe thats the reason CRST has the highest roll over rate too. Its amazing how many CRST trucks try to go into low bridges too. I was lucky--i had a great lead driver but I had heard some wild stories bout some as well. I also had a great dispatcher but they suck at paying you and my team driver was a nightmare!

yep... i completely agree with every negative thing said about CRST. i just finished orientation in fontana this week.. i have so many complaints that i literally am speechless about it... i can write two pages of it!!!... i just wanted the company sponsored training to get my CDL.. i do not want to stay at CRST any longer then i have to... watkins & shepard sound good and i called them and told the recruiter i got my CDL through company sponsored traing and have a contract but said i wanted to just pay them thier money and switch over and drive for W&S.. they said it was cool but i need to drive atleast 8 weeks for CRST then they would take me. so,,, i just hope i dont get to pissed off in the next few weeks at CRST...

Hopefully things will go okay until you can move but otherwise, I guess you will just have to suppress your frustration and stick it out til you can go. Good luck to you.
