There was a recent post on another trucking forum from a guy who just started training with SNI who said most of the pre-work test failures in his class were guys in their 30's. Kind of flies in the face of the age discrimination theory.

Yeah it's all ages that fail...I didn't see any indication of age discrimination at Schneider. My good friend that went thru the training with me was 60 years old and he flew right through. In fact Schneider even advertises that is an AARP friendly company....any age discrimination accuasations have no merit imo.

It doesnt appear to be all that bad. Maybe some people just got nervous and shot up their bp. I think its doable--it dont seem that hard. Just a couple may be trying but it wont last too long.
