| Stay Away From Merit Transportation LLC Omaha,Ne. Merit Transportation is going bankrupt. They filed Chapter 11 in October. This company is being run by a very incompetant Management team mainly its CEO Gary Wills. They are in various lawsuits over their employees health insurance in which they deducted it from their paychecks and did not pay premiums to the insurance companies. The drivers are getting stuck with hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills. Tractors and Trailers are being repossessed on a daily basis. Save yourself and stay away.  |

| The website has words like growth, accountability, profitability, and teamwork and claims to be one of the top 25 fastest growing company's in Omaha. Yet they filed for bankruptcy?  |

| I Know The Truth Yes, Mr Wills has not paid federal with holding and several state with holding Taxes. He has still not paid a claim for his employees health insurance. He has lied to every customer and employee about the state of the company like we are cash flush and everthing is going well , we have new customers in the pipeline, the food shippers meeting was the best ever. They actually got 6 new brokers from those meetings not customer freight. He has missed his agreed payments to financial institutions that were agreed to in bankruptcy court. Equipment will be vanishing. Fuel is at an all time high and he is doing 70% broker freight. (That is a death sentence for a trucking company) He lied to his VP of sales about benefits and the money tht was owed to him. He lied about his VP of Ops (accused him of stealing) He has lied to everybody concerned and acts like he has nothing to be ashamed of. | Gary is treading on thin Ice He is really treading on thin ice when he stars messing with the IRS and especially the dept of revenue in several sates,we are talking jail time here. And when he goes I will be the first one to visit,it will do my heart good to see him humiliated, like he did to so many drivers  :biggrin_2559 : |
