Or if you do it to often, maybe permanently. Been there done that.

Many of these OTR company's talk a lot about safety but you will soon find out how much they care about it when it means a late load and losing a cherished account and you getting a service failure you won't know about till it is on your DAC when you leave the company.

I got to the point driving OTR that I just took every Dp I was given and ran my hours. If you call safety every time the company gives you a MI then you will need a good phone plan.

Just send your macros and run your hours. You have 1 hour to run, then run it . Your stress will be lower because the company does not want to hear I can't do this and that because of this and that. At least none that I worked at did. USX would even tell you strait out, don't take the load and you might grow old sitting around waiting for your next one. Was sick with a bad fever at IDC, did they care? nuupe. Your the only truck around and we need the load pu. KLLM, what you were up all night sitting by your cb waiting for your number to be called? tuff we need this load covered or you might not get home when you need to. May Trucking, why did you shut down that load 50miles away from the receiver just becuase your 70 hours was up? And I could go on and on
It is amazing how the same Co. can preach safety on one side of the fence and do you over on the other..And even do you the next big shafting by putting it on your DAC. Lets face it, you get caught, youll be the one to burn, and their Safety people will say hes been warned.. Company puppets they are!!!..And 85% of all Co.s do it!! And you will be screwed over..Theres no dought its a rock and a hardspot situation with alot of Co.s

get away as soon as you can find a job with a future. con-way is motivated totally by thier profit margins and will find a way 2 get rid of you when they can replace you with someone 4 less money. I've been working there many years and you mean absolutely nothing to them.they will bombard you and the media with endless self-centered propaganda. they will tell you 2 live the dream and keep the dream alive, and then when they #### can they will say, Hey , we told you it was adream what did you expect ?

How this works. You won't be moved. They will assign a load that picks up at a later time.

You can let the clock tick, if you want. That will keep you from moving. It doesn't keep them from assigning a load.

If you choose to wait. Rest assured, it could come back to bite you in the *&^.

It's 7am and you're empty, do you really want to wait until everything has moved for the day, and/or closed, to ask for a a load?
