Melton would probably be your best bet. It's a lot of tarping, but the little time I was there I was impressed. Pay was decent, decent benefits, the equipment was top notch, and all the people I talked to were great. I have heard that they got hit hard and are having problems with miles atm.

BTW, I did quit there after only 2 weeks, but that was because I was in love and listened to my stupid ex-g/f. :biggrin_25510:

You need to look up to the top left hand corner and see the last date that was posted before you! The first post was 02.09.2008 and the last was12.26.2008. Some things might have changed since then. brarrrrhahahaha:biggrin_25523::biggrin_25523::biggrin_25523:

My experience with this company was the worst. I went to work with them never knew they charged for the crappy orentation which I paid for not knowing. Put me in a truck that could never pass a DOT inspection. Took them 3 weeks just to get me paid. Messed up my DAC when they got caught. Finally , holding my pay that I had already made . Told me they would send it in the mail. What a joke. Still have not gotten paid. In all honesty, STAY AWAY FROM THIS RAGTAG OUTFIT NO GOOD WILL COME OF IT..I forgot to mention, they pay u when they get around to it by comdata which charges you 5 percent not including if you want direct deposit more fees will be charged. Safety will tell you that You do not run illegal, but the dispatchers and planners book loads where u will have no choice and when you make a mistake fire you when u get caught.

All post are true about this company. What you have to look foward to is nothing good. Company is a RIPOFF in every aspect of your time and money. You pay for the very poor orientation yourself. They put you in a poorly maintained truck. Run you illegal and when You get caught fire you and try to hurt your DAC. A typical day there reminded me of a soap opera and they have no backbone at all to stand up for their drivers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this RAGTAG OUTFIT.

Getitright60, all oast are accurate. They charge your paycheck for all they can including orientation of almost 400.00. This is a joke to no end. A poor excuse of a company who puts you in half ready trucks straight out the shop then when You get caught of something worng they ruin your DAC and fire you. Never have I seen a spineless a company as this one. They say do not run illegal, then hound you to move loads that way. Force you to make logs in the good sense and turn them in or fine you 150.00 or fired for messing one up. Take some advise and STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT.

I can personally see the "PALMENTERE EFFECT" They have him posting to himself!!

They are a very BAD outfit, I had to send a certified letter to the kid to get my monies owed, and they ripped me off of most of the pay and still have not returned my $450.00 truck deposit they force you to pay because they have so much equipment parked around the country. I have intitiated legal action, also, they do have a very inventive pay clerk you will be ripped off each check

I went to an oreintation there in Oct 2007, I never touched a truck and can't say anything about dispatch good or bad. Or the equipment for that matter. I took a greyhound bus from KY to Kansas City, left Sat night and was to arrive Sunday afternoon. Ended up getting there Tuesday morning because Greyhound sales more tickects than seats. I get there and they are pissed at me for being late so I connect them to Greyhound and direct them to voicemail when I was calling Sunday and Monday like 50 times from Nashville while I was trying to get on a bus. Greyhound refunded thier money and I did a super quick catchup at the hotel that night after doing the stuff Tuesday at thier office. Weds morning I was packed and ready to roll but no truck.

The Recruiter said they wanted me to hang out all WEDS and wait on a driver thurdays who would let me ride with him to OH to pick up one a driver who was being hostile and quit there. I explained to them I didn't want to recover from a hostile quitter and get a can of whoop ##### laid on me. I agreed when they said it was the only truck open and I would have to go home if I didn't. Went back to the hotel and because there was no orientation going on I had to pay my own room because no one at the company answered the phone. Only $45 no big deal and I knew I was going to pay now or later. I just chose now. My call.

Thursday Morning I go to the garage they hold the Oreintation in at 8 AM. Sit there until 2 Pm. Someone comes in and informs me the driver I am to ride with will not be there until midnight. I also get told I will not get paid anything for the recovery. I am five days into this mess now when a guy who worked on the dock came in and talk to me like I was a piece of #### for 30 minutes. Another guy came in and helped him and I mean they were yelling the rules to me threating to fire me and I never seen a truck yet. I flew mad and threw a half drinking can of Pepsi at them and cussed everyone in the place out. Those men may be itailian but they are no gangsters and got out of my way. One the guy who worked on the dock even locked himself in the office. Without a doubt I made the right call not to work there. They sent me a bill for the night in the hotel and drug test. I mailed it back and never heard from them again.
