I worked at this company for six months.i was never late on a load always had a good attitude about things.i was on a load to greensboro nc and when i got there and delivered,i put my info into qualcom and a preplan came up going to hawthorn nj.i didnt have the hrs to run it so i called dispatch and told them.well they sent a message on the qualcom to bring truck back to terminal and clean it out.ive tried applying with other companies but when i tell them i was fired they wont hire me.these people hold back 3 weeks before you even get a check.they also give there customers a 50 mile discount at drivers expense,so a 500 mile run would really be570 because they use household goods mileage.then they have enough nerve to tell the driver he has hrs, theres no way to log it legal when actual mileage is so different from there discount mileage. i found out the hard way about this company.:biggrin_25510:

Have you checked your DAC report? I would, just to see what they are saying about you. When you tell the company that you were out of hrs, and thats when the company decided to fire you, what is their response, or are you getting to that point, where you are allowed to explain the situation?

No i havent checked my dac,i guess thats my next step.as a matter of fact safety called me at home the next morning, and asked me what happened.i told her and she told me i looked and you didnt have the hrs.i told her i know.{a lot of drivers dont know but if you have a qualcom in your truck they can tell when you moved and when you stopped with just a keystroke}safety said she would call back, but she never did.i guess she didnt want to stick her neck out for a lowly truck driver.these companies all know they have the upper hand and 99 percent of drivers they do bad things to just go away because they know theres nothing they can do about it.this is just an afterthought to all the new guys when you run illegal and get caught, youre paying the fine.

What the hell is this? The dispatchers outrank the safety dept at this company? That's bass ackwards.

Something tells me you're better off.
