    HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WHILE I WAS THERE, AND NO THIS IS NOT SPECULATING, THIS IS WHAT I EXPERIENCED FIRST HAND CAUSE IT WAS ME I WAS THERE DRIVING FOR THEM ....

    I HAD TO DRIVE BY THEIR DIRECTIONS CAUSE THEY ONLY PAY YOU ZIP CODE TO ZIPCODE .. THEIR DIRECTIONS WEREN'T WORTH THE PAPER THEY WERE ON.. OF COURSE EVERYONE KNOWS YOU DO NOT DRIVE PARKWAYS IN NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY, WELL MOST OF THEIR DIRECTIONS TELL YOU TO DO JUST THAT ...

    THEN THEY WILL SEND YOU INTO LONG ISLAND ... WELL YOU CAN BE THERE ALL DAY OR UP TO 14 HOURS LIKE I WAS WAITING TO GET LOADED AND ALL YOU WILL GET IS YOUR MILEAGE PAY ZIP CODE TO ZIPCODE AND AT THAT TIME THE MILEAGE WAS LESS THAN 40 MILES, SO WHEN YOU ADD THE MILEAGE AND DIVIDE BY HOURS YOU ARE THERE, YOU WILL AVERAGE A LITTLE OVER 2.22 AN HOUR ... FORGET WAIT PAY ... YOU DO NOT GET PAID FOR WAIT TIME ...

    IF YOU ARE OVER WEIGHT, HAHAHAHAHA.. TOO BAD .. RUN IT ANYWAY .. YOU ARE SURE NOT GOING TO SLIDE THE TANDOMS, WELL MOST OF THE TIME YOU WON'T CAUSE MOST OF THE TRAILERS, YOU CANT .. THEY HAVE THE BAR IN THE BACK TO PREVENT ANY FROM SLIDING .. AND IT IS NOT A REMOVEABLE BAR IN MOST CASES .. ITS A NON-REMOVABLE ONE .. DISPATCHER WILL SAY RUN IT ANYWAY ...

    AND LETS NOT FORGET ABOUT HOW THE DISPATCHER WANTS YOU TO DROP 8 LOADS AND GET TO ROCHESTER , NY BY 4PM WHEN YOU LEAVE AT 830AM AND YOU HAVE OVER 12 HOURS OF DRIVING, YOU DO NOT MAKE IT AND YOU WONT HEAR THE END OF IT ...

    AND HEY ... YOU GO THERE AND YOU HAVE 11 DROPS TO DO THAT DAY , YOU THINK YOU WILL MAKE MONEY .. HAHAHAHAHAHA .. JOKE IS ON YOU .. COMPANY POLICY MANDATES THAT YOU GIVE THEM A KICK BACK .. SO YOUR 11 DROPS, JUST TURNED INTO 9 ...

    IF YOU HAVE SEVERD LUG NUTS ON YOUR TRUCK ... DONT WORRY, IT WONT BE REPORTED ... JUST TAKES 3 DAYS TO GET IT FIXED ....

    IF YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING TO RUN RUNS THAT THEY SAY WILL BRING YOU BACK IN 24 TO 36 HOUR.. HAHAHAHAHA... YOU ARE CRAZY ONCE AGAIN ... IT TOOK ME ALMOST 3 DAYS TO RUN DROPS AND SINCE I DIDNT HIT MY 11 HOURS OF DRIVING UNTIL ALMOST DAY 3 .. YOU ARE STILL DRIVING .. NO SLEEP OR REST ...

    IF YOU ALSO THINK YOU DROVE 2500 MILES THAT WEEK... WELL YOU WONT GET PAID FOR THEM 2500 MILES YOU RAN, THEY WILL PAY YOU ZIPCODE TO ZIPCODE AND IT IS DONE THERE WAY , NOT THE WAY LIKE ALOT OF COMPANIES DO IT ... BUT IT WILL TAKE YOU 3 WEEKS TO FIGURE THAT OUT SINCE YOU HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG TO GET YOUR FIRST CHECK THAT WILL NOT BE ACCURATE SINCE YOU DONT GET THE FIRST DROP, LAST DROP AND ANYWHERE NEAR PRACTICAL MILES YOU DROVE ....

    IF YOU THINK YOU RAN ALOT ON WEDNESDAY , THURSDAY AND FRIDAY ADN YOU THNK YOU WILL GET A BIG CHECK , HAHAHAHA YOU THINK AGAIN, IF THAT TRIP PAK IS NOT THERE BY MIDNIGHT, YOU WILL WAIT 2 MORE WEEKS FOR THAT CHECK ....

    AND PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT THINK OF LEAVING THAT COMPANY ... I DID AND GUESS WHAT, LOOK AT THE POSTING I PUT AFTER THIS ONE ... YOU CAN GIVE YOUR 2 WEEKS AND THEN LEAVE , BUT THEY WILL DEFIANTELY PUT ON YOUR DAC THAT YOU LEFT UNDER DISPATCH, THAT YOU ARE UN HIREABLE AND YOU ARE A HIGH RISK OF BEING HIRED, BUT THAT IS OK, CAUSE THEY WILL CALL YOU A WEEK OR SO AFTER YOU QUIT, AND ASK YUO TO COME BACK ONCE YOU SEE YOU WONT GET HIRED ON ANYWHERE CUZ THEY LIED ON THE DAC REPORT ... SO YOU ARE OUT OF A JOB OR YOU WILL GO BACK TO THEM AND RUN ILLEAGAL ...I LEFT, THEY LIED AND FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING ASKING ME TO COME BACK . I KNOW HOW TO SAVE TEXT MESSAGES AND VOICEMAIL MESSAGES ...

    90% OF THE LOGS FOR THEM I DID WAS NOT A LEGAL LOG ... THE LOADS ARE SO CALLED HOT LOADS AND NEEDED TO BE THERE NO MATTER WHAT ... SO YOU WILL FALSIFY YOUR LOGS LIKE IT OR NOT OR YOU WONT BE THERE MORE THAN A WEEK IF THAT .... AND THEY KNOW YOU ARE NOT RUNNING LEGAL, THEY JUST SAY, I CANT HEAR YOU SAY THAT AND LAUGH AND THEN CALL YOU IN A BIT AND ASK YOU WHERE YOU ARE AT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE ROAD AND RUNNING....

    THATS IS HOW THEY RUN THEIR HANOVER, PA TERMINAL .... I KNOW CAUSE I HAVE BEEN THERE , DONE THAT AND SINCE I LEFT CASUE I DIDNT WANT TO END UP KILLING SOMEONE RUNNING ILLEAGAL , THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT RUN FOR ANYONE ELSE AND THAT I THINK IS ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR SO CALLED " company policies " .....

    IF YOU RUN TO A FEW PLACES THAT YOU KNOW YOU ARE GOING TO SIT FOR A FEW HOURS, AND YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU CANT HIT SOME DROPS ON TIME CAUSE OF THE WAY THE TRUCK IS LOADED, BE SURE TO KNOW YOU WILL GET A DIRTY LOOK OF DISGUST CAUSE THEY THINK YOU ARE WRONG AND THEY ARE RIGHT ... JUST AS IF THEY WERE IN THE TRUCK WITH YOU AND THEY KNOW BETTER, CAUSE THEY DONT ...

    IF ANYONE IS THINKING ABOUT RUNNING FOR NATIONWIDE SOUTHEAST, OR NORTHEAST, MIDWEST, AND OR ANY OTHER TERMINAL AND YOU WANT TO KNOW DETAILED ABOUT HOW IT WAS FOR ME WHEN I WAS THERE, I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SPEAK TO YOU ....

    I feel for ya brother on the issue of being lied about to dac.iam also a victim of the dac abuse.its hard to defend yourself.its ###### if you do and ###### if you dont.hang in there,and dont let it eat you up like it almost did me.I live by the motto {what comes around goes around}

    yea i figured they lied on my DAC and nobody wants to hire me, well then all can be told about how they really run and if they get a ton of fines, which they will, then, hey, serves them right for lying about me. i ran my tail off for them while they had drivers quiting left and right ... when i started i was driver number 4 , the senior driver started there only 2 months before i did... i seen 2 drivers quit before i did and 2 quit right after i did......

    You say that they forced you to driver over your legal hours. Was the dispatcher in the tractor with you and had a gun to your head. You are suppose to be a professional truck driver and yet you ran over you are in control of what you do. As far as driving an unsafe truck why did you drive it how were you forced?? Be a man take responsibility for your self. A real professional truck driver would not be coerced into driving illegally and then wine about it. You are responsible for what you do.

    FIRST OF ALL ... i had a family to feed and support... 2nd of all i went to them when i first ran over and all they said was you run or you sit..i called their bluff and sat for 4 days .. and they are a local driving #### company ... not like they had me running more than the tri state area... i dropping at post offices ...so excuse me for picking to feed my family instead of going unemployed for however long until the next job came ... the hell with being a professional truck driver when you are the only one that 5 people rely on to put food on the table, clothes on their backs, etc etc etc ...

    and dotn go and say well there are other jobs out there.. i know the way the game works .. alot of companies get more breaks and cuts as long as they keep putting people in the seats at orientation... can you garantee a job with a big company to everyone who shows up at orientation.. no you cant and neither can the companies...

    i was there, i was not the only one who went through this with them.. if you need to know after i started i found out the senior driver there was only there 3 months before i was hired... within the 2 week span i quit, a week before to a week after they went from 17 drivers out of that terminal to 3 ...

    before you know everything they have done and the situation i was in, you shouldnt be commenting on how i needed to do the ' RESPONSIBLE THING ' you dont pay my bills, feed my kids, and you weren't there at nationwide ...

    i do feel sorry for some of the others who were there and have yet to find other jobs cause the company put strong negative things on their DAC and no, dacfix cant fix it ...

    Anthony as a matter of fact the Hanover Terminal has never had 17 drivers. The most they have ever had is 11 I know this because I too have worked there and know the Terminal Manager personally. Make sure when you post that what you post is true. They currently have several employees that have been there for over a year and are hiring more drivers. Just because you did not want to go into New York city don't be a cry baby.

    first of all you need to get your #### facts straight...

    dont you sit there and judge me and tell me i dont know cause i was there and still to this day call 3 of the ones who quit on a daily basis ...

    and you do not sit there and tell me dont cry like a baby if i didnt want to go into nyc....

    here is a bit of info for you mr i know everything and dont know ##### ... i was in nyc all the f'in time so get your #### facts covered...

    and yes when i was there... there were that many drivers ... i was there and seen it ... you on the other hand were not there when we were all there .... take your lips off rusty's assssssss and know you need facts before stating what you think you know .............

    and who the hell said that this was a year ago that i was there .... cause according to you and your straight facts as to what you posted and i quote

    lets see who said a year ago ... it was a hell of alot longer than a year ago ... you need to get your ##### straight before you go passing judgement on someone who has been there, seen it , witnessed it and well i will stop there cause it is none of your damnnn business what else i seen ...

    Okay, I suffered through the caps quietly but from what I see you are complaining about stuff that is normal?

    Most companies pay you from city to city and not the actual miles. This is normal. Stupid, but normal. Long standing scam in the trucking world, certainly nothing to add a company to the crapper over.

    Most companies do not pay you drop pay for the pickup (first stop) or the delivery (last stop) because that would be silly, its the SHIPPER and the CONSIGNEE in trucking terms, you'd have gone to a shipper and dropped\delivered at a consignee if it were a normal straight from 1 shp to 1 consignee load. Again no red flags here.

    2 weeks between pay periods? Something you would have been told in orentiation, silly and abnormal in trucking, but again no red flags. No red flags pop up when you say some loads will get pushed to the next pay period if you don't get them in by a certain time... dude thats normal every company has a cutoff point.

    You made only two possibly valid red flag points in stating they may require you to run illegal, ok but that depends on 'how illegal' really as few drivers actually run 100% legal even the paperless log ones. And lying on the dac report but alot of drivers claim that and I really doubt it happens as much as its been reported it does.

    You sure you got 13 years exp? o.0 The only super bad thing I see on your list of bad things is they run New England area...

    when you leave out sunday night and start dropping to 6 different spots and maybe stay at a few for about 2 to 3 hours, then drive 3 hours to the next does the time not add up ... orientation.. hahahahahhahaha thats funny .. mine lasted about 35 minutes.. the guy who road tested me needed to take a few drops and didnt want to go he was tired so i went only after 35 minutes of orientation... signed i was there the whole time but oh well .. i was on the road and not sitting .. but as i have stated .. if someone wanted to be home and run regional and not deal with alot of bull**** from big industrial places, and wont be afraid to fight or not back down when it comes to fighting for whats right then go to nationwide .. you 99.9 % deliver to post offices .......

    :biggrin_25510:LET ME TELL YA ABOUT NATIONWIDES ,YARD IN BETHANY CT-IT WAS ONE OF OR IF NOT THE WORST COMPANY I EVER WORKED FOR IN 20 YEARS---IT WAS AROUND WINTER time in litchfiueld ct oct,,i saw a add in the republican newspaper,,the ecconomy sucks and in this part of ct its one of the most highest unermployment rates in the state,,i can get an interview with EJ at dispatch i get therte at 930am i leave at 500pm it took all day to do the application and 80 page paper work--then i was called baCK AND TOLD TO come back the next morning to sign some other bull sh-t its signing your life away your resonsable for every thing,,then it took over a month to get the job --so bethany had to send it to atlanta and back then i started work around dec3--not stating year but recently in the last few--they haul mail/and magazines/it sucks---you leave the dumpy yard in bethany if your tractor your asigned that night starts or does not leak air,witch is most of the junks in winter,you get a different tractor every night,ther all junks most off them---the staff at the docks--harras you con you try to talk to you long periods to make you late,,they have the paper work and know witch truck your taking and atlest to me over 50 percent of the time the air vales were frozen up,lights were not working,and on aND ON all the arguments with them i can tell they tampered with the trucks i was asigned,then your sent up rt 7 to rt 80 and on to albany ny--a few towns north of it--aww saratoga springs--to quad graffics to pick up loads,,ther not bad they try to get ya right out,then on to boston,ri,pa,lancaster,rodchester ny,,ma ,,,to post offices,,the worst is springfield ma..you unhook in a paRKING LOTT THE POST OFFICES TRACTOR MOVES YOUR TRAILER TO THE DOCKS---AND YOUR STUCK THERE 10 HRS,,ALSO ON ANY GIVEN DAY YOU HAVE TO DRIVE A 24 FT BOX TRUCK INSTEAD OF THE JUNKIE TRAILERS THE BOX TRUCKS MOST ARE NOT ROAD WORTHY,,BAD KING PINS--FLAT SPOTS ON THE FRONT TIRES,,LIGHTS NOT WORKING,OIL LEAKS OUT THE SIDE OF THE BLOCKS,,BAD COMPUTERS,,THAT RUN THE ELECTRONIC GAS PEDALS,SO YOU PULL OU OPF AN INTERSECTION AND THE TRUCK RUNS BUT THE GAS PEDAL DOES NOT WORK--A GOOD WAY TO GET KILLED,THEY TELL YOU AT DISPATCH CALL THERE MESSED UP MCHANIC THAT TELLS YOU TO SIMPLY TURN THE KEY SWITCH OFF AND ON TO RESET THE COMPUTER--AND THEY NEVER FIX THE COMPUTER,,IF THE AIR DRYER FREZZES UP JUST UN HOOK THE AIR LINES AND BY PAss it ,they tell ya ,,all this to make like 40 bucks a run,they love to call thew newbie in the worst blizzards and holidays,,for peanut pay ,i lasted 3 months,,then quit and had my daC SCREWED UP,,SO MY ADVICE TO YOU ,,STAY AWAY FROM THEM I MEET DRIVERS FROM ATLANTA COMING UP NORTH WITH NO EASY PASS ,,JUNKIER TRUCKS THAN IO WAS DRIVING.THEY SAID THEY HAve to take side roads around most the tolls,,from atlasnta to vermont what a JOKE.DISPATCH IN BETHANY YELLS AND SCREAMS AT YOU LIKE YOUR DIRT,THE MCHANICS ARE THE SAME YELL AND SREAM AT YOU AND NOT FIX SH-T,THEY EVEN WANTED ME TO DRIVE A TRACTOR THE DRIVERS CALL THE DOG POUND--SOME OTHER MAD DRIVER LET HIS DOG DISTROY THE TRUCK THERS NO DASH BOARD,HALF A SEAT,,NO P[USH BUTTON CONTROLS JUST STEEL RODS--A FEW TRUCKS THE WINDOWS GO DOWN AND NOT BAck up,winter times thats fun,,you get lots of paper work to get fuel.the fuel cards dont work after you get so much fuel a month,
