working on getting a local TV station(or 2) out there to call them out. Should be interesting...Drivers, let me know if you are interested in telling your story. Finally, something will get done and the "Crook" Enterprise will fall

so.....hows that coming along for you??? you have been bashing this company for 2 years now, your beginning to sound like another bitter driver, at 2 years you should have taken action, if possible (which im really starting to doubt) or moved on with your life, but here you are, still posting out of what seems like spite. Dont get me wrong, its america you have the right to say and do what you please, and this is not an attack on you, just telling you how you are beginning to look, oddly enough though, i DO know enough about truckers to know that there are 2 sides to every story and that there are such things as trucker's tales, was told one the other day by a driver who claimed he had 16 years experience, and a couple years back drove for 4 hours at 140 mph....I digress, it seems as though most who complain of not getting paid are mostly complaining about what appears to be their last check after they quit or was fired, which oddly enough on here seems to be always about $50-$100 striking coincidence, and only one of you have stated the terms at which you turned your truck in, for all we know you could have been stealing fuel, tampering with qualcomm, was terminated due to an outstanding ticket or accident, and was forced to abandon your truck, and i havnt been driving that long but even I know that as a lease op if they have to recover your truck you can kiss your performance, more than likely your maint. escrow, and quite possible your last check good bye...bottomline, #### or get off the pot, if your gonna take action, than post about taking action, if not, stop posting, because as i said, its been 2 years for most of you....you just look like a bitter driver, and people wonder why companies will never have a DAC....this site is supposed to be used to educate and inform others, if you want to complain, keep it on the rip off report (which i also find hilarious that its mentioned so many times here, especially since that site literally has a report on EVERY trucking company out there, further testament to how drivers tend to get bitter post employment). We get it, your experience wasnt that good, but honestly, thats the reason you are not there anymore, whether you quit or was terminated, had to go on sick leave whatever. it is what it is...oh and on a side note, i AM laughing at how one of you claimed that tradewinds brought in "the new peterbilt 389", the 389 was not even out when mentioned, and is too new of a truck for tradewinds to carry anyway, another reason why im finding credibility of some of these stories hard to believe....387 yea, thats believable, but at the time of the post the 386 and 389 were out of the question for the company in question. furthermore who cares if the Bakers Dozen, or corner, w/e the heck posters name was worked for the company, whether you are telling the truth or not they still have the right to TRY and defend themselves, why the big fuss over them getting on here and trying? in court they dont ONLY listen to the plaintiff, while the defendant sits in his cell the whole trial. All im asking for is for some of you ADULTS and PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS to start living up to BOTH of the previous stated names, especially the PROFESSIONAL part, if said company does you wrong, you still OWE it to YOURSELF, not to stoop to such a level, 1 bad apple spoils the bunch, and truckers never understand why we get such a bad rep, we live in a world of stereotypes, like it or not, and when any of us live up to them, in any form of fashion, it makes reflects negatively on the rest. if you want to be treated like an honest hard working, intelligent, human being, start acting like one, and not just when things go your way, even when they dont, and MAYBE if we ALL did this, we would get the respect that we deserve, but if all you want to do is gripe, complain, not do as you are supposed to, bad mouth everyone you dont agree with, etc. dont expect ANYONE to bend over backwards for you. example im sure half of you wouldnt piss on a tradewinds terminal to put it out because you felt like you were wronged....dont you think the people in that office or any other office would feel the same way if talked to or about a certain way?? the internet is a powerful tool, you guys just tend to forget it can cut both ways, that company has what 50 - 150 trucks??? you really think they cant figure out who is calling them air headed and worthless given the dates of your postings??? and you wonder why you havnt been payed, and that OUTSIDE of what you may or may not have done....and before the bashings come, no i dont work for tradewinds or in their offices i AM a driver, and my posts as you can see are not stricken to just tradewinds crap, what separates the professionals from the rest is, i speak honestly and un biased about my former employers, even though my experience may not have been that great I still understand that, that does not guarantee the next man or woman wont have a good experience, BE THE PROFESSIONAL, SET THE EXAMPLE, that is all

and on a side note, if the company owes you money, did you not do good book keeping??? you as a lease op should have fiscal proof of what you did and what is owed to you, and with that it shouldnt be hard to get a lawyer, but seeing as none of you have...........it calls into question whether you are telling the whole truth or a half truth, and yes by now i very well realize the content of what i have typed has ticked a few of you off, so let the comments role....

I've been at Tradewinds a year or so now and in 43 years of trucking this is without question the BEST company I've ever worked for. What they say is the way it is. They don't lie they don't try to trick you like a lot of companies I've work for has done.

Then my dispatcher, Jaclyn dies the best she can, I pull a flatbed, I thought there was better paying freight I paid 50.00 a month for this load board, but I found out she does a great job, she is absolutely the best, like Tradewinds I've dealt with in all my years of trucking.

If you can't make a good dollar there is something wrong with you, how you run, how you manage your time

I posted earlier today but I can't find it, so here goes again.

I have been trucking for 43 years this past December. The majority of that time has been as a truck owner or lease driver.

I have never worked for such an honest company, nobody has lied to me since ive been here over a year. When my 30 year old son came down with cancer everyone from the president Ben on down was genuinely concerned.

My dispatcher Jaclyn is the best that I e ever had and I e had so.e really good ones over the years.

No checks have ever bounced the money always there.

No matter where you go some will always have complaints but some of you have out and out lied here about this company. Shame on you. If you want to make Mo ey this is the place to be.

If you come here just pray you get Jaclyn for a dispatcher. Also I worked with her at the last company I worked at
