Well said Roadmedic.
To bad it took someone getting injured, irregardless" of the "vehicle" driven, for a legal representative to get involved in Enforcing the laws currently governing the Transportation Industry. Now, if more legal representatives were educated on behalf of the Transportation Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators, IE. "professional driver", then alot of the criminal behavior of the shippers, who want it shipped yesterday, the receivers, who want it received yesterday, and the company who scheduled the load for arrival last week, ... would, could, and are, ultimately held responsible, should anything happen to anyone! irregardless of who that anyone is! while that load is in transit.

Little Princess out!

Little Princess here,
By the By, was the operator of the commercial motor vehicle, operating under the roll-over of hours exemption, where all hours picked up after the 7th day of operation, are hours rolled forward from the last day of the 8th day worked? IE. 70 worked in 7, with hours to pick up on the 8th, rolled forward towards the 9th forward? (please obtain a 7 day log for explanation of roll forward/pickup hours, whose ruling states that all hours brought forward from the last 7th day worked do not violate the 60/70 hour work rule.)

I think we talked outside of the building before Christmas. I was cleaning the truck out and putting into a red dually.

I went back after the suspension.

They then tried to have me get up in the am after sleeping all night. Go to bed and sleep all day. Load at 10 pm to deliver by 5 am in Detroit. Food warehouse out of Lebanon, IN. They said they would load me during the 10 hour break, so I could run during the night. I told them it was not happening and to get a load back to the yard. Not going to do the illegal. They were only interested in legal looking logs and should have gathered I was not playing that game from the last time they tried it.

Went back to Elkhart work.

Been busy and making net about 800 week and it is getting better slowly.

mcleod the worst company in the world!!!!!

i just quit this company at the begining of june, i was fired 3 times only to be told your not fired we mis spoke(1 time a family member died and i asked to go home, one time i was given a day off only to be told i cant have it..i took it anyways, and 1 time when i told them i was thinking of joining the army) they have 2 disp named josh so be carfull from what i have heard they both suck, jason tried to bully you into doing what he wants even when not in your best intrest, when i asked for a monday off they would give me loads that had to go to nj by 4am on tues and i live in cinn oh, they now no longer use the ez pass you pay they repay you...3-4 weeks later if at all there is no way of knowing what you are paid back for as no tracking on pay stub, i was there 7 months i got the garentee pay of 800 6 times they always had a reason that i failed to live up to my end for garentee (once it was i did not answer the qualcom with in 2 hours...i was in columbus in the army meps station) i even worked the holiday weekend and was told even thou you wored for 13 days straight you dont get the garentee pay we added mor holidays so sorry and i was told that i would get layover pay for a load i picked up on sun but my truck broke down mon morning i finished that load on time and ran another load but would not take the P.O.S. truck they had me in i wanted mine back i forfit the layover......this is the kind of b.s. this company thrives on

im running for an owner operator we just looking into ez-pass for the truck and as of last weekend i now have ez-pass. There are no fees other then setting up a pre-paid account and an initial security deposit to obtain ez-pass. the only advantage i could possible see to getting rid of ez-pass when they already have it is to screw drivers out of cash from time to time. i could be wrong on their intentions, but i know for a fact there is no fee for ez-pass if you buy from the right states.
btw as far as the guarantee... i once had it denied because I had a load that delivered at 3 am, I sent my arrival message at 3:15 THE AFTERNOON BEFORE, and they said i was 15 minutes late!! took me 3 weeks to get my money from that screw-up of theirs!
