Angry CR England Lease program will make you bankrupt

They made it sound so good on paper and verbally. I signed a 6 month lease I have had 2 positrive checks since I started. They are not helpful on the road when you need their help. They gave loads that as a solo I would not make without breaking rules and when I didn't make it they criticized me. They wwill talk there way out of detention pay I sat for 10 hrs to unload ans all they cared about was why I was late to my next pick up.
GET THE SCHOOLING AND RUN DON'T LISTEN TO WHAT THEY SAY AND GET DRAWN IN. I HAVE NOT HEARD 1 GOOD THING ON THE ROAD FROM ANY DRIVER ABOUT CR ENGLAND
......I AM FINANCIALLY RUINED BECAUSE OF THEM........................

Anybody up for renting a billboard?

I think somebody should rent a billboard on Pioneer Road in Salt Lake someplace close to the England terminal. It'd read pretty much what you state in your post, Mr. Sanchez.

I've been hearin' about England's FLEECE operator program since like forever. Sorry to hear you got sucked in. Maybe a billboard would have helped keep you out of that whirlpool. But you've got plenty of company in the financial wreckage. What I can't figure out is why the late-comers to the disaster zone don't get together and take some sort of class-action against them. I know some guys did that at C. Our. England Ad not long ago and won.

And check this site

Check [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. as well. That's a good site to visit when you're choosing a company to work for. I'm sure England has 10-15 reports hovering over their heads, just as they always do.

CR England SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

My hubby was with the CR Englands lease program too. He signed up for the 6 months lease too but turned his his truck in after 2 months because we were put into so much debt we just could not continue. They brain wash you into thinking you are going to make awesome money but you don't!!!!!! We are in credit card debt of about $5,000 and our savings of $6,000 is gone. They are now trying to say he owes them $1600 for repairs that needed to be done to the truck when he turned it it. It was $2400 but he had $800 in his maintance account. How could his truck have that much damage in 2 months!!!!!!!!!????? There is no way. They have royally screwed us and continue to screw us. This company totally ruins peoples lives and they don't give a crap. They are so rude when you call to get anything done!!!!!!!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Thanks for the post

Sorry to hear you got sucked into the England Fleece Operator scam.

It's good posts like yours show up here to not only warn people off of that outfit, but also because of another reason. If anyone ever gets into trouble over supposedly 'bad mouthing' an outfit such as C. Our. England Ad, he can point to all the posts like yours as proof that it's all the truth and nothing but.

Bring on the lawsuits, England and/or SwiftQuit. Send out the FBI hounds to shut the traps of the truthtellers. You'll be facing an army at the courthouse.

Good luck, Browneyes. Somebody may need your testimony sometime in the future.

There are some, sure

Some go to that outfit and have a great ol' time, sure. But from a probability stand-point, you want no part of them. The risk of being knocked down is way too high at CRE. I'm basing this on their outrageous turnover, which I think is over 200% these days.

There are no "fleece" programs out there that are any good .... I stood by that for awhile .... then I was with Davis Transport outta Montana .... end of the year they got rid of company drivers and went all L/O and O/O

Did it for 2 months .... but they were the ones making the money .... by the time they took their cut and everything else pulled there was nothing for me .... just kept going farther in the hole

Finally turned it back in and went with another company as a company driver .... there are some that can do it as a O/O .... but most wont make it as a lease operator .... its all in the company favor

They said they had all kinds of freight .... NOT .... the last weekend I was in the yard the "recruiter" was telling someone on the phone that they had more freight than drivers .... NOT .... if that WAS the case you wouldnt deadhead 1000 miles in 2 weeks nor sit 2 days or more waiting for a load

Being with this new company .... havent sat more than 2 hours .... so far 90% of the time I have my next 2 loads already planned out for me .... in my opinion .... its best to stay away from Davis Transports lease program .... they will make money you wont .... just like any companies lease program
