Avoid Trans Am Trucking

Trans Am is pushing all their driver into a lease program. Thier company driver miles have dropped to around 2000 miles per week. As for the lease drivers the miles are great at first but unless you like coaching new drivers you will be lucky to feed your families as you will work enough to make your truck payment. They claim to have a support staff to ensure this does not happen but the staff only cares about their own paychecks. When its all said and done and you finally get tired of dealing with loosing many your kids going without the basic needs in life and you finally quit and move on to another company, you will get a bill in the mail saying you now owe Trans Am money.

I've been with TA for about three months now. Talked to a driver who entered their Fleece program after our orientation, and he's quite upset.
He's had two negative weeks, but was going to give it more time to
adjust and try to make it work out. HuH?

Where did you get your facts? I'm a company driver, and I didn't get pushed into anything?

Seems to me that the OP may be ignored. One whiny complaint from 3 months ago, and zero elaboration. No evidence - good or bad - of any kind.
