| HELP! Expedite Solutions TAX FRAUD Help everyone! Expedite Solutions is at it again! Last year they did not give us a 1099. Well they just sent us a 1099 for 2007! Talking about tax fraud! They reported us on the 1099 as making 53,928.08 from Jan 1 until we quit the end of May. WE DID NOT! I have every statement from them. We were never paid for May. Our actual earning was 19,408.75. They have over reported by 30,000.00. I had heard they had done this to other teams that quit now I see they are telling the truth on that as well. Any of you know what to do about it??? This company is unbeleiveable, not only do they still owe us 9000.00 pay but now they are over-reporting what we made by 60 percent!  |

| YES, I have proof. Yes, I have proof. I have every pay sheet from them. They never paid us for May loads nor the last 6 weeks of Fuel surcharges. Here is what we actually made right from the paysheet! Jan 1 - (73.51) Yeah, we had to pay them. Jan 8 - 377.75 Jan 15 - 299.97 Jan 15 - 2504.34 Jan 22 - 433.19 Jan 29 - 893.48 Feb 5 - 996.87 feb 12 - (-91.00) yep, we had to pay them. Feb 15 - 2786.37 Feb 19 - 538.13 Feb 26 - 750.33 Mar 5 - 835.48 Mar 12 - 1107.23 Mar 15 - 1763.93 Mar 19 - (703.03) yep, had to pay them again Mar 26 - 344.55 Apr 2 - 1048.18 Apr 9 - 436.06 Apr 15 - 2455.61 Apr 16 - (214.87) yep, had to pay them again Apr 23 - 1978.26 Apr 30 - 753.02 This is every paycheck we have received from them! |

| Not 53,928.08 NOT 53,928.08! Not even close. They still owe us around 9000.00 in pay and now they pull this to top it off! I cannot believe the brass of these people! |
